I purchased the Neck Right neck massager for my wife, who has chronic neck pain and frequent migraines. Since using the machine, her migraines have become less frequent, and she finds the massager very relaxing. The Neck Right Pro was a good purchase.

To be honest if it hadn't been on sale I would have returned it as I find the intensites way too strong and uncomfortable.

The neck right pro does work really well ,my partner and I both have neck problems ,we both love all the different settings, it does make a difference

Good product

I'm not 100% sure it will fix my overall problem Neck/Spine pains. It is early days of me purchasing it but so far I think it is great and look forward to my daily sessions. With the various settings on offer and easiness to use I am hoping it will be a huge asset.

I have purchased Neck Right Pro+ for my wife because her constant problem with neck and back pain. I was very impressed with beautiful design and number of modes to use. My wife started using this product first two times a day on acupuncture and massage functions. Looks like is still to early to describe any progress with her problems, but definitely she love to use the product. She is positive that Neck Right Pro is helping her to relax the neck mussels and minimize the pain. We are both sure that this product was worth to buy, and definitely will help her in day to day life.

At first I wasn’t sure of its efficacy, however , I have been overseas for a month so no physio visits. I used this device every day and have managed to keep the pain well in control, very impressed. I have a decades long neck issue and usually visit the physio every 2 weeks sometimes every week.

I was skeptical at first however have had TENs Maxine before. It’s subtle, but definitely has improved my sore neck particularly if used regularly.

I know the neck massager won’t cure my neck issues but have found it soothing and comforting.

After having neck pain for a month I bought this device to try it really worked well for me I used it a couple of times and got good results at the moment I’m now free from pain I would recommend it to anyone it was well worth me getting it

Works ok,but I find it doesn't massage all of the neck, some improvement.

It is good sometimes. This is my second 1 in 5 months. Sometimes I turn it on and it will not work for a while and other times works great. Does help my neck though.

Purchased two for family members. One for my husband who has arthritis in his neck and he loves the massage and heating cycles. The bonus is that after using the Neck Right Pro that he has no 'brain fog' that you get when you have chronic pain. I had been having problems with neck pain & headaches in the weeks leading up to me purchasing my Neck Right. My neck issues had improved quite a bit prior to me buying the Neck Right however I find using the product very relaxing & any time my neck starts to feel tight & uncomfortable causing me slight headaches, using the Neck Right does help considerably. I also purchased one for my son for his birthday recently and he loves using it as well. He spends a lot of time working on a computer & he uses the Neck Right to help relieve him of neck stiffness. Very happy with my purchases.

I have been having neck problems for a while now, nothing seemed to help. My husband bought me Neck Right Pro, I have been using it daily and finally headaches & neck pain has decreased to only a few headaches. The best thing ever.

Had the Neck Right Pro for a few weeks now. It works well, however, I think it is going to take more than just this to get my neck right! Playing golf and surfing has probably done more damage than this device can help ,unfortunately . But there is nothing wrong with the Neck Right Pro.

It is a great device, my husband and I love it. I do feel difference on my neck muscles after using the Neck right for a couple of months. It's a first thing 8 do in the morning while drinking my morning coffee, enjoying the Neck right and gets me ready for the day

I’m not saying this device is not good - it just doesn’t seem to be good for me as I notice no improvement in my neck issues. Shame. When one has chronic pain issues, one is inclined to try all options.

Awesome quality. Many massage types. Clear voice announcements for each mode, even power on and off. It massages my neck each morning for a pain free day. I highly recommend it.

Enjoying it and find it relaxing

Having a chronic neck issue (old whiplash injury) I was sceptical thinking at best this would do nothing & at worst it would aggravate my neck making my pain worse. I unboxed & popped it on charge as soon as it arrived. I've been using it 2 - 3 times a day since I got it & am thrilled it's so far so good. It's easy, comfortable & quite relaxing to use & I haven't even yet experimented with the different settings. It has eliminated my constant neck tension & I'm no longer getting frequent headaches. I'm really pleased I gave it a go & would struggle without it now.

I bought the neck right pro as i have a bad neck, in fact I have Occipital Neuralgia and it seems to really settle the nerve pain down, as it increases the blood flow. The Neck Right Pro is also very easy to use, light for travelling and always make you feel so good after, I use it for 15mins in the evening and it seems to help as it gives me a good night's sleep, I would definitely recommend this product.
